TinyTouch does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, usage analytics, location data, or device identifiers. It runs 100% locally on your devices.

1. Overview

TinyTouch ("we", "our", or "the app") is designed for parents holding toddlers. We take children’s privacy with utmost seriousness. This application is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR-K, and the Apple App Store Kids Category guidelines.

2. Data Collection & Processing

We do NOT collect any personal information:

No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account registrations.
No Device Identifiers: We do not track IDFA, vendor identifiers, or IP addresses.
No Location Data: TinyTouch never requests or accesses GPS or location services.
No Audio or Camera Recording: All sounds played in the app are pre-synthesized audio files stored directly in the app bundle. The app does not record or process microphone audio or camera feeds.

3. Device Communication (iPhone & Apple Watch)

TinyTouch uses Apple’s native WatchConnectivity framework to sync parental settings (such as game mode, timer duration, sound preferences, and shield hold time) between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch.

This communication is purely local between your two personal devices over Apple’s encrypted Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connection. No telemetry or settings ever leave your devices.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertisements

Zero Advertising: There are no advertisements or promotional banners in TinyTouch.
Zero Analytics SDKs: We do not include Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, or any other tracking code.
No In-App Purchases: There are no paywalls, subscriptions, or external transaction mechanisms.

5. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

TinyTouch strictly complies with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In fact, we do not collect personal information from any user of any age.
